Cottage ANNU\u0160KA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2026 is a cozy two-bedroom wooden house, intended for a stay of up to 7-8 people. The cottage has a fenced and very nice spacious and flat plot with a\u00a0panoramic view,<\/strong>\u00a0from which you can also see the\u00a0High Tatras<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

There is\u00a0parking for 2 to 3 vehicles<\/strong>\u00a0in front of the cottage. On the plot of the cottage there is a\u00a0private sauna with a cooling tub<\/strong>\u00a0with a view of the surrounding panorama, where you can\u00a0regenerate<\/strong>\u00a0and at the same time\u00a0toughen<\/strong>\u00a0up during your stay.<\/p>\r\n

There is also a fireplace with a spacious seating area<\/strong>\u00a0and an\u00a0outdoor terrace<\/strong>\u00a0with a grill<\/strong>\u00a0on the property of the cottage.<\/p>\r\n

In the basement of the cottage there is a small game room with pool table and darts. We are also preparing a sofa seating area with another extra TV and other equipment.<\/p>\r\n

There is free nature near the cottage and a natural mineral spring, enriched with\u00a0several minerals<\/strong>, where you can drink and taste the mineral water, is just a few steps away.<\/p>\r\n

There is also a new\u00a0children\u2019s and workout playground<\/strong>\u00a0in the immediate vicinity of the cottage, which you can use at any time during your stay.<\/p>\r\n

Upon entering the cottage, you will be impressed by the stylish interior furnished with a sense of taste and detail.<\/p>\r\n

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large-screen\u00a0Smart TV and WiFi<\/strong>, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is also an exit to the\u00a0outdoor terrace<\/strong>. There is one four-bed and one three-bed bedroom on the first floor. Of course, there is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
