Cottage HELENKA<\/strong> \u2026 is a cozy two-bedroom wooden house, intended for a stay of up to 6-7 people. The cottage has a fenced and very nice cascading plot with a panoramic view.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In front of the cottage there is covered parking for 4 vehicles<\/strong> with the possibility of recharging electric vehicles. There is also a small pond<\/strong> on the plot of the cottage.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

in the back part of the property there is a fireplace with a spacious seating area<\/strong>, an outdoor terrace<\/strong> where there is also a trampoline <\/strong>(in summer)\u00a0for children right next to it.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

At the edge of the property there is an exit to nature and a natural mineral spring, enriched with several minerals, where you can drink and taste the mineral water, is just a few steps away.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

There is also a new children’s and workout playground in the immediate vicinity<\/strong> of the cottage, which you can use at any time during your stay.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Upon entering the cottage, you will be impressed by the stylish interior furnished with a sense of taste and detail.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, WIFI, a large-screen Smart TV and a dining room, a kitchen, plus a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Plus a rear exit to the outdoor terrace. There are two cozy triple bedrooms on the first floor. Of course, there is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The cottage is very nice, cozy, where you will feel comfortable, like at home.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
