Accommodation regulations
1. When arriving at the accommodation facility, the client is obliged to present the log house manager with an identity document + confirmation of accommodation/voucher.
2. Upon arrival, a surcharge for the stay is paid, plus a deposit of EUR 150, which will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the state of the cottage, after paying the surcharge, the client will receive the key to the wooden house.
3. The end of the stay is on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. Otherwise, the client will be charged for another day of accommodation.
4. When handing over the object, the client takes over the inventory of the entire object and assumes responsibility for the loss, damage, or destruction of the contents of the wooden house. A refundable deposit of €150 is required for this takeover.
5. The client in the accommodation facility cannot move the interior equipment, make modifications and any interventions in the electrical or other installation without the consent of the site administrator.
6. The client has one set of keys for the rented wooden house. We charge €100 for the loss of keys. Wooden cabinets are equipped with safety locks, so when locking, you have to turn the handle up counter-clockwise.
7. Clients are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the wooden house in the rooms, except for electrical appliances used for personal hygiene, i.e. hair dryer, shaver, etc.
8. The client is obliged to report any malfunctions on the equipment or devices in the wooden house to the administrator of the equipment for the purpose of repair by phone. number: +421 902 365 555.

9. On the basis of the ordered accommodation, the accommodation facility is obliged to accommodate the client between 15:00 and 18:00, – later arrival is only possible after agreement with the accommodation provider…necessary to report in advance. Otherwise, late arrival will be charged +20 EUR!!!
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the interior of the wooden house + starting fires near the wooden houses in the entire cottage area, except for designated areas and the fireplace.
11. The wooden house has its own parking space. It is forbidden to park on the grass and on the sidewalk.
12. Any defects in the wooden house must be reported on the day of arrival.
13. In case of fire, each wooden house has a fire extinguisher at its disposal… it is located in the lower corridor near the entrance door. In case of fire, you must use the emergency exit = front door.
14. On the day of departure, it is mandatory to put the kitchen in its original state, that means: wash, wipe and store the dishes and take all your food.
15. Accomodation of pets is allowed only after agreement with the owner. The one-time fee is 20 EUR. Animals are not allowed to be unattended.
16. For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age in the wooden house without adult supervision.
17. Clients are not allowed to take sports equipment into their rooms, for which another place is reserved. There is a place for sports equipment, skis, etc. in the corridor by the entrance door of the wooden house.
18. It is forbidden to use outdoor shoes in the interior of the wooden house (possibility of damage to the stairs and floors).
19. From 10:00 p.m. until 06:00 it is quiet at night.
20. When the temperature inside the wooden house is higher, you should switch the radiators to a lower temperature, do not open the windows and ventilate. During the week, there is a general heating shutdown during the following times:
from 8:10 to 9:10
from 12:00 to 13:00
from 16:10 to 17:10
from 19:10 to 20:10
During the weekend also at the times:
from 02:15 to 03:15
from 08:00 to 09:00
from 14:00 to 15:00
from 19:00 to 20:10
21. Before leaving, the client is obliged to check the wooden house and leave it in the condition in which he received it. When leaving, the client is obliged to empty the trash into the trash can that is in front of the wooden house. Sort waste. Throw away glass bottles in the basket intended for glass (it is located at the entrance to the area) and put plastic bottles next to the container of individual wooden houses.
22. When using the fireplace or outdoor grill, you have at your disposal chopped pieces of wood, which are stored behind the woodshed. Ax + grill grate are located in the interior of the wooden house under the stairs.
23. When leaving, the client will hand over the entire inventory of the wooden house in undamaged condition to the administrator, hand over bed linen, towels and keys to the wooden house. After the object has been handed over and checked by the administrator, the deposit of €150 is returned to the client. In case of using other services, the client pays the rest of the final amount.
24. If the guest is interested, upon request, he will also receive a VIP discount card intended for guests of Chalupkov, which is valid for our restaurant Zemianska kúria in Chalúpkov, for several discounts on meals, children’s attractions and, in the future, also for wellness. When checking out, the guest is obliged to return this discount card to Chalupkova. Otherwise, he is obliged to pay EUR 30 for its loss or damage.
We kindly ask you to read these Rules and Regulations. If you do not agree with any of these clauses, please consult them with us.

ZRUŠENIE POPLATKOV
- do 30 dní pred nástupom na pobyt je storno poplatok 30% z celkovej sumy pobytu
- 29 – 15 dní pred nástupom na pobyt je storno poplatok 50% z celkovej sumy pobytu
- 14 a 7 dní pred nástupom na pobyt je storno poplatok 75% z celkovej sumy pobytu
- 7 dní a menej pred nástupom na pobyt je storno poplatok 100% z celkovej sumy pobytu
- Za zrušené silvestrovské, veľkonočné, vianočné a letné pobyty a pobyty spojené so svadobnými hostinami, oslavami a firemnými večierkami sa záloha nevracia… (záloha prepadá v plnej výške)
*Storno poplatky sa nevzťahujú na darčekové poukážky. Pobyt zakúpený formou darčekového poukazu nie je možné stornovať (vrátiť). Platnosť darčekovej poukážky je 1 rok od jej vystavenia.
*Za zrušenie (zmenu) rezervácie / nedostavenie sa na pobyt sa účtujú storno poplatky.
*Platnosť prevedenej zálohy za zrušený/odložený pobyt… 1 kalendárny rok. Prevod rezervácie je možný 30 a viac dní pred dátumom príchodu
*V prípade vzniknutej situácie v súvislosti s koronavírusom Covid 19, kedy by na základe nariadenia vlády bolo zakázané vycestovať do OP mimo okres, prípadne činnosť a možnosť ubytovania, by naše ubytovacie zariadenie byť zakázané, rezervácia, ako aj záloha sa v plnej výške prevádza na iný, náhradný termín. Platnosť prenesenej rezervácie je 1 kalendárny rok, od dátumu pôvodnej rezervácie.

- Obdobie Vianoc a Nového roka musí trvať minimálne 5 nocí
- Veľkonočné obdobie musí trvať minimálne 4 noci
- Silvestrovský pobyt musí byť minimálne do 2. januára.

- cena nezahŕňa: jednorazový záverečný servisný poplatok 20 EUR (pobyt)

zaplatenie zálohy v prípade poškodenia inventára 150 €,znehodnotenie objektu, odcudzenie časti inventára, predčasný odchod,strata kľúčov
- pri rezervácii záloha vo výške 30% z ceny pobytu

pobyt so psom je povolený len po dohode (jednorazový poplatok za psa 2020 EUR/za celý pobyt)
- deti do 2 rokov zdarma
- zapožičia detské stoličky, postieľky, vaničky… jednorazovo 5 EUR/ks
- v celom objekte platí zákaz fajčenia
