COTTAGES FOR RENT
The prices are for the entire object for one night, including VAT, for the indicated number of people. Prices depend not only on the type of wooden house, but also on the date, don’t forget the price for your date!
Easter dates
For the Easter period from 17.04. 2025 until 22.04. 2025, the price is EUR 30/night higher than the price listed in the price list.
Christmas dates
For the Christmas period from 21.12. until 26.12. the price is EUR 30/night higher than the price listed in the price list.
New Year’s dates
On New Year from 2.1. until 07.01. the price is EUR 20/night higher than the price listed in the price list.

FURTHER INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS
- prices are given in €
- The Christmas and New Year’s period must be at least 5 nights
- The Easter period must be for at least 4 nights
- New Year’s Eve stay must be at least until January 2.
- for the overlapping months of June-July, August-September, the price per night from the month of July/August is valid
- for a 1-day reservation during the week, the price is higher by 30% of the price per night, for weekend dates 50% of the price per night
- price includes: accommodation
- the price does not include: a one-time final service fee of EUR 20 (stay)
- the price does not include: accommodation/recreation fee, which is 1 EUR / per person / per night
- the price is given according to the valid price list on the day of the start of the reservation
- payment of the deposit in case of damage to the inventory €150, deterioration of the object, theft of a part of the inventory, early departure, loss of keys
- when booking a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay
- stay with a dog is allowed only by agreement (one-time fee per dog 20 EUR/for the entire stay)
- children under 2 years free
- smoking is prohibited in the entire building
