Cottage ROMANKA … is a cozy, luxurious three-bedroom wooden house, intended for a stay of up to 6-7 people. The cottage has a fenced and very nice cascading plot with a panoramic view.

In front of the cottage there is covered parking for 4 vehicles with the possibility of recharging electric vehicles. There is also a swing on the plot of the cottage.

There is a covered gazebo with a spacious seating area on the property, as well as an outdoor covered terrace and beautiful garden planting.

At the edge of the property there is an exit to nature and a natural mineral spring, enriched with several minerals, where you can drink and taste the mineral water, is just a few steps away.

There is also a new children’s and workout playground in close proximity to the cottage, which you can use at any time during your stay.

Upon entering the cottage, you will be impressed by the stylish interior furnished with a sense of taste and detail.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, WIFI, a large-screen Smart TV and a dining room, a kitchen, plus a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Plus a rear exit to the outdoor terrace.

Upstairs there are three cozy double bedrooms, one of which has a separate SMART TV. Of course, there is a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
